We provide consultations and training of operating personnel based on a Customer's specific needs. Spare parts are delivered and repair is done immediately upon Customer's request (free within the warranty period). |

| Training |
| We can provide personnel training based on the Customer's requirements. Training classes can be held either at Lumex training centers or at the Customer's laboratory. Training at the Customer’s site proves to be most efficient as Lumex Instruments specialists provide instructions specific to the laboratory and analysis. |
| Users' seminars |
| Topical Users' seminars are regularly held at Lumex Instruments premises and even at most remote Lumex representation offices. Users acquainted with the most recent analysis techniques and equipment developed by Lumex exchange their experience. Manufacturer guarantees compliance with the performance characteristics specified in the Operation Manual, provided that the User fulfills the requirements for transportation, storage, operation, and service set forth in the Operation Manual. |
