Lumex Instruments takes part in MEC 14 workshop and UN Environment meeting in Hanoi
October, 2019 – Hanoi, Vietnam. Lumex Instruments always keeps the topic of mercury in the environment, mercury emissions, and mercury monitoring in focus. Our company participates in the MEC 14 workshop (28-30 Oct) and the following UN Environment Asia-Pacific regional workshop on the reduction of mercury emission from coal combustion (31 Oct – 1 Nov) both to be held in Crowne Plaza West Hanoi hotel.
The 14th Multi-pollutant Emissions from Coal workshop is arranged by Clean Coal Center in collaboration with VEA – the Vietnamese Environment Administration. Since 2003, the MEC meetings gather regional and international experts on reducing mercury and other pollutants emissions and offers an excellent opportunity for close discussions among government agencies, regulators, utilities, consultants, equipment manufacturers, and academia.
Lumex Instruments and Ohio Lumex will present the emissions monitoring solutions and universal analytical tools based on Zeeman AAS for mercury analysis for coal-fired power plants.
