Capel-205 realizes principle of capillary electrophoresis (CE) – separation technique, capable to determine multiple components in one run in various types of samples. Short analysis time and high separation efficiency make CE method a great solution for food industry, environmental applications, pharmaceutical and chemical industries, biochemistry and science. The main advantages of Capel-205 are:
Capillary electrophoresis is based upon the differential migration of components of aqueous samples within a narrow-fused silica capillary driven by an electric field. Separated components are detected and quantified by a highly sensitive optical system based on direct or indirect UV absorbance.
The system uses all main modes of CE (capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE), capillary gel electrophoresis (CGE), capillary isoelectric focusing (CIEF), and others).
